Return Policy

30 Days return 

We wish that you will happy with our services and products. Our 30 days return policy provides you enough time to make sure of your own decision. If you have purchased from SuanPhlu.com Jewelry, regardless of the reason, within 30 days you can return your product. After cutting out the custom, shipping, bank and other fees, you will receive back your full amount of payment.

Please take note that any signs of damage, signs of changes like changing of ring size (which are not done by SuanPhlu Jewelry), or other damages in any methods, are not accepted for product’s returning. Engraved jewelries cannot be returned, and products without proper packaging or insurance will not be accepted for returning.

Preparations for returning of product:

1.  Your returning of product’s authorization code: please call +66 (0) 2252 0546, you will obtain an authorization code, please write this code on the underside of the original package’s receipt.

2.  Send parcel: please send all the original packagings, product’s certificate, receipts, and other attachments back to SuanPhlu Jewelry Company.

3.  After confirmation of product, you can receive back your payment or chose to exchange your product: After we receive back the product, we will confirm if it is a product of SuanPhlu Jewelry. Once the examination of the product agrees with the return conditions, your payment will be return to you within 2 work days (in the form of remittance) or you can exchange the original with another product. In case of national holidays, the process maybe postpone, thank you for your understanding.
